This Esporão Reserva branco has a straw‑yellow hue and is crafted from grapes grown on a certified organic vineyard planted on granite and slate soils with a sandy‑loam structure. Its nose is deep, offering spices, white‑fleshed fruit, citrus, and a touch of orange blossom. On the palate it is full‑bodied and silky, with balanced acidity and a long, intense finish. The Esporão company emerged in the Alentejo from an unwavering desire to make the finest wines, a passion that now underpins their expansion into other products and territories. Located in the heart of the Alentejo, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Esporão enjoys unique agricultural conditions – wide temperature swings, poor yet varied soils, and extraordinary biodiversity that fosters sustainable production. With about 702 ha of vines, olive groves and other crops nurtured by a Biological Production Method, the estate now cultivates roughly 40 grape varieties, four olive varieties, orchards, and vegetable gardens.
