The Espumante Covão Reserva Bruto rosé is made from Baga and Touriga Nacional grapes grown in Sandomil, Seia, at the foot of the Serra da Estrela, on flat vineyards at 300 m altitude, in fertile, granite soils. It shows a salmon colour, fruity aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant, and on the palate delivers freshness, smoothness, an enveloping volume and a persistent finish.
