Estrada da Corte branco is produced from Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Rabo de Ovelha and Bical grapes, and was aged in stainless‑steel tanks for six months. It shows a citrine colour and a highly aromatic profile with orchard fruit notes. On the palate it is surprisingly fresh and mineral. Quinta do Carvalhão Torto is a family‑run estate in the Dão region, with roots spanning generations. Today the third generation continues the business started by their grandfather, ensuring the authenticity of their products while honouring the wisdom and tradition passed down.
