Description

This Fafide, crafted by Rui Roboredo, is a truly meticulous wine. The hand-picked grapes, treated with the care the Douro’s terroir demands, underwent a remarkably slow, cold fermentation – almost a reverent process – to preserve their vibrant freshness. The result is a wine brimming with tropical and citrus aromas, as if nature itself is whispering, supported by a full body and a long, lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish or a crusty bread drizzled with olive oil and Serra cheese.
