Description

This Falua Reserva, hailing from the Tejo, suggests a rather precise approach to winemaking. The grapes undergo a brief chill, followed by a meticulous 48-hour incubation at 5°C – a clear indication of careful control. Gentle pressing at 10°C is then employed to protect the delicate Touriga Nacional, and the resulting maceration is extended to ensure tannins develop with the characteristic balance only the Tejo terroir can deliver. A perfect match for white meats, undoubtedly.
