Maturation in French oak adds a welcome elegance that plays beautifully against the wine’s initial power, and the long, persistent finish reminds you that this award-winning wine (recognised in Revista de Vinhos de Portugal) knows exactly how to play the game. Seriously delicious with a good, hearty beef roast.
