It seems the Silva family have been meticulously studying their grapes – the result is a remarkably complete white wine from the Cima Corgo. Fermented in French oak barrels (a bold choice, I must admit!), it bursts with ripe white fruit aromas, perhaps influenced by the romantic spirit of the Douro. On the palate, it’s a beautifully balanced experience: complex, fruity, and with a lingering finish. A perfect accompaniment to *petiscos*, but with the refinement to elegantly pair with seafood and cheeses – a testament to the Silva family’s dedication to those little details that truly matter.
