Description

This white wine is made from the grape varieties Gouveio, Rabigato, Arinto, Viosinho, and Dozelinho, hand‑picked from an elevated vineyard with vines aged between 10 and 20 years. After a careful selection of the grapes, the refined must ferments in used French oak barrels, relying solely on indigenous yeasts, and spends 11 months aging in wood. The wine comes from a family rooted in the Douro region—specifically the Cima Corgo sub‑region—with deep ties to the land, the vineyard, and its traditions. Devoted to producing high‑quality grapes for sale to the major Port wine houses, they also channel that same dedication into crafting their own wine.
