This Favaios Moscatel Reserva is a truly delightful experience, as Robert Parker himself noted (88 points – a benchmark, wouldn’t you agree?). It begins with bright notes of orange peel and rock samphire, playfully underpinned by rose nuances. The complexity deepens with hints of smoke and a whisper of cocoa, culminating in a wonderfully smooth and well-balanced finish. Absolutely lovely with a traditional *pão de ló* cake, or perhaps a mature, aged cheese.
