Description

The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and crushed by foot in tank presses. After a few days of pressing, the wine begins natural fermentation, continuing with regular presses. Fermentation is stopped by adding brandy, also made from Baga wine, aging in old barrels for two years, and after bottling it can age for at least 15 years. This is a slightly sweet and perfumed wine, with a delightful blend of fruit—blackberry, currant, cherry and plum—tobacco and spices.
