Kompassus Blanc de Noirs is a brut natural sparkling wine from Bairrada, made from Baga grapes grown on old vines and Pinot Noir. Crafted using the classic method with bottle fermentation, it offers a fine, elegant mousse, accompanied by notes of dried fruit, toasted bread and baked apple. On the palate it stands out for its great freshness, creaminess and persistence, within a sophisticated and harmonious profile. João Póvoa began producing wines in 1991 under the Quinta de Baixo label, becoming the first individual producer of note in the municipality of Cantanhede. In 2005 the Kompassus company was founded, its winemaking philosophy rooted in family traditions and heritage. Today, João Póvoa continues to dedicate himself to producing excellent wines, upheld by minimal‑intervention viticultural practices and production methods. *(illustrative image only)*
