Description

Made exclusively with the Tintilla de Rota grape, an almost extinct native jewel, this wine is a tribute to the Andalusian sun and ancestral traditions. It is produced by drying the bunches on jute mats to concentrate the grape’s essence before a 12‑month aging in French oak barrels. The result is a silky, deep‑bodied sweet red with notes of red‑fruit compote—an exquisite pairing for dark‑chocolate desserts or blue cheeses.
