A red wine of Vidueño that is born and dies in wood. This is the poetic way Bodegas MAM describes the Tercio de Elha, a blend of Tintilla de Rota, Petit Verdot and Syrah from organic vineyards around Doñana National Park. During ageing, besides French oak, cherry‑wood barrels were employed, enhancing cherry and plum tones and imparting fine toasted nuances. It is powerful, structured, with a subtle mineral edge.
