This Fita Preta is a surprisingly full-bodied wine, clearly crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The slow, temperature-controlled fermentation (12°C) delivers a vibrant, almost citrusy burst of lemon, beautifully balanced by mineral notes. A classic Arinto expression – refreshingly clean and promising to be a fantastic match with grilled fish and vegetables. Well deserved those 17 points!
