Fiuza Rosé

Description

This Fiuza Rosé, born from the banks of the Tejo, clearly enjoyed a good soak – a full 24 hours on the skins – before a gentle fermentation at 14°C. The result is a rosé of pearl colour, bursting with cassis, raspberries and strawberries, carrying a refreshing vibrancy that screams summer. Remarkably light, it’s a wine perfectly suited for a delicious grilled fish or a bright, seasonal salad.
