SEXY is a fusion wine produced by FITAPRETA that blends local flavors from Touriga Nacional, Aragonês, and Alicante Bouschet. Denomination: Alentejo Regional Wine Climate: Continental Mediterranean – hot, dry days with very cold nights. Vinification: - Grapes are grown under Integrated or organic production. - Manual harvest. - Bunches are selected on a sorting table, the grapes are gently crushed, and then transferred to fermentation tanks by gravity. - Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are natural and spontaneous, with daily remontages carried out regularly. - Cuvaison (the period of time the grapes spend on the vine before harvest) lasts over 15 days.
