Crops were harvested by variety and vineyard blocks, packed in 20‑kg crates, and stored in a cool room at 5–6 °C. Once fully destemmed, the grapes were crushed. The must was gently pressed and decanted until it achieved the required clarity. The wine then underwent fermentation and a full maturation period in 500‑liter barrels, 60 % new and 40 % used. Throughout the months, the lees were skimmed to keep them in suspension. After eight months, the final batch was made, and the wine was fined before bottling. With a citrine hue, the wine is initially very subtle and complex, featuring mineral notes that later evolve into fresh, floral undertones—more restrained and elegant. On the palate it is fresh, with a pronounced but well‑balanced acidity. Delicate, complex, and very elegant, it displays an excellent balance among alcohol, fruit, and acidity, finishing live, fine, and quite long. Sulphites are present.
