O Flor do Tua is a complex wine, with a very intense ruby colour. On the palate it is elegant, structured and persistent, with notes of ripe fruit and a smooth finish. Costa Boal is a family‑run company with a strong, centuries‑old connection to Duriense viticulture, and since 2011 it has produced wines in two distinct regions – the Douro and Trás‑os‑Montes. With five properties across Foz Côa, Alijó, Murça and Mirandela, Costa Boal focuses on the production of still wines, Port wines and olive oil.
