This Folhas Caídas Reserva, built around Chardonnay, certainly seems to have spent some time perfecting itself. The *Revista de Vinhos* awarded it a respectable 17 points – and rightly so, with its elegant aromas of toasted nuts and a truly complex, food-friendly profile. That lively acidity keeps it wonderfully vibrant, making it a fantastic match for grilled fish or, perhaps, some fresh oysters.
