Description

With an average barrel aging of 10 years, it is a Port wine of a tawny colour, featuring an aromatic and fruity bouquet. It offers a smooth, silky texture and subtle oak nuances, balanced by the freshness of its acidity and tannins. Fonseca has been among the first category of Vintage Port producers since the mid‑19th century. Fonseca Vintage Ports are renowned for their exuberant fruitiness that gains great opulence and complexity with age, appealing to both enthusiasts and connoisseurs—perhaps more so than any other house—thanks to inspired production and deep knowledge of viticulture and terroir.
