Twin sisters Margherita and Francesca Padovani, martyr souls of Fonterenza, craft this gem since 2017 from vineyards on Monte Amiata, grown biodynamically by a close family friend. This skin‑macerated white results from a complex blend in which Vermentino, Trebbiano, and Malvasia co‑ferment and macerate for two weeks in open tanks, aiming for a deep extraction of aromas and textures.
