Description

This Cava boasts a wonderfully fruity character, largely thanks to a cool fermentation temperature (14-16°C) that preserves a significant portion of the wine's natural aromas. It presents a pale yellow hue with shimmering green undertones, exhibiting a fine, persistent, and abundant effervescence. Delicate aromas of green apple and pear mingle with Mediterranean fruit notes – honeydew melon, peach, and pineapple – underpinned by citrus, all expertly balanced with toasty barrel-aged nuances. On the palate, it’s refreshingly vibrant, harmonising green and citrus fruit flavours.
