Las Jaras is the former generic wine of Fuentes del Silencio, renamed in honour of the vineyard from which it comes. It lies south of the Jamuz Valley (León), in an area surrounded by vine beds – a uniqueness that can be sensed in the tasting. Made from Mencía, Prieto Picudo and a touch of Alicante Bouschet, the result is a lively, juicy, pleasant and delicious wine.
