For this Garrafeira Benfica SLB 36, we sourced the grapes from a 30‑hectare vineyard in Vidigueira, Alentejo, with a hand harvest. After manually selecting whole bunches, the destemmed grapes ferment in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24‑28 °C), followed by malolactic fermentation.
