Crafted from 100% Alvarinho grapes grown on steep, granitic slopes, the wine benefits from slow, inox fermentation combined with partial malolactic conversion and a 20% aging in mixed oak barrels – a delightful reflection of diverse wood origins. The resulting wine boasts a notably high acidity, characteristic of this challenging, low-clay soil, alongside a pronounced thermal amplitude, contributing to its elegant and vibrant profile.
