Aged in 500-litre and 225-litre French oak barrels. Elegant with superior complexity, offering a long finish. A wine with pronounced gastronomic character and great aging potential. Hand-harvested and transported in small 20 kg crates. Foot-trodden and traditionally fermented in open lagar with 40% stems. 12-month aging in French oak barrels. Winemaker: Bernardo Cabral.
