Crafted from a small parcel in Paderne, Melgaço, using vines over 25 years old, it captures the very essence of the region with a beautifully restrained approach. Fermentation, relying on native yeasts from the vineyard, was conducted in Slovenian oak, adding a layer of complexity without sacrificing its genuine character.
