This Albariño is a marvel from a very scarce production by Castro Brey, with just over 600 bottles worldwide. It spent 12 months aged in a 54‑litre damajuane, then rested in a cellar until bottling. In the glass it offers a spicy white, with aromas of white fruit and stone fruit, also hinting at wet stone. Very fresh, tasty and unique.
