Flavors and knowledge we share with the world, in every bottle and every new experience. **Vinification:** After gentle destemming and crushing, and pressing with pneumatic presses, the must—protected from oxidation with inert gases—was subjected to low‑temperature static decantation for 24 hours to reach the desired clarity.
