The flavors and knowledge we share with the world are found in every bottle and every new experience. **Vinification** After gentle destemming and crushing, and pressing with pneumatic presses, the must—properly protected from oxidation by the use of inert gases—was subjected to static low‑temperature decantation for 24 hours to achieve the desired level of clarity.
