Here on the Beirão Plateau, each sunrise marks the start of a new journey of a love that is ours, yet not only ours. Flavors and knowledge we share with the world in every bottle—or every new experience. Vinification: After gentle drainage and crushing, and pressing in pneumatic presses, the must—properly protected from oxidation with inert gases—was subjected to static low‑temperature decantation for 24 hours to achieve the desired level of clarity. The different grape varieties that formed this must were then vinified separately in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C for about 15 days. Maturation: Grão Vasco Branco is bottled immediately after a brief period of about 4 months in stainless‑steel tanks. Oenology: Beatriz Cabral de Almeida Allergen information Contains sulfites.
