The Handpicked Collection Chardonnay is a white wine from the Yarra Valley in Australia, sourced from two vineyards on the estate: Highbow Hill, in Yarra Glen, and Wombat Creek, in Gladysdale, which sits at 420 metres above sea level and is the highest vineyard in the valley. The diversity of soils and aspects across these two parcels contributes to the wine's complexity and balance. On the nose and palate, it reveals layers of citrus and ripe stone fruit, accompanied by a distinct mineral character. Fermentation and ageing in selected French oak barrels add texture, subtle notes of spice, and a creamy dimension, while maintaining a clean and balanced expression.
