Quinta de Arcossó – The sparkling Quinta de Arcossó Pinot Noir comes from Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub‑region. Grown on a single hectare of 2016‑planted, south‑facing vineyard at 480 m, the granite soil and 30 % slope give the wine lively structure. Harvested in August, the whole‑berry pressing and 48‑hour decantation precede temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel fermentation, six months in the same tank, then 30 months of bottle aging on lees before disgorgement in November 2023. Serve chilled at 6–8 °C for immediate enjoyment.
