This Sancerre from Henri Bourgeois D’Antan, dating back to 2019, is a truly charming Sauvignon Blanc – a little serenade, if you will – capturing the pristine beauty of the Loire Valley slopes. It delivers a wonderfully refreshing mineral intensity, hinting at a sophisticated and elegant experience, perfect alongside some fresh cheeses or, perhaps, a bracing plate of oysters. A wine best savoured with a thoughtful appreciation, of course.
