Herdade da Lisboa Paço dos Infantes Verdelho branco is made exclusively from Verdelho grapes, hand‑picked and vinified with indigenous yeasts. After careful selection of the berries, it ferments in concrete “ovo” vessels, where it ages for eight months on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage, followed by an additional six months of bottle maturation, preserving the purity and expression of the varietal. It displays a citrine color and a rich aroma dominated by citrus notes, high mineralism, and subtle hints of silex. On the palate it offers a bold character, a silky texture, and vibrant acidity, delivering a balanced and remarkably elegant ensemble.
