Paço dos Infantes white wine is made from multiple grape varieties, harvested and fermented separately. After fermentation, the wine ages for four months in French oak barrels, using bâtonnage. It presents a green‑yellow, clear and bright hue. The fine aromas with citrus and mineral notes make the wine creamy on the palate with a refreshing, elegant finish. Herdade da Lisboa was acquired by the Cardoso family in 2011 and is located in Vidigueira, combining three harmonious branches: wine production, olive oil, and enotourism. In the 1980s and 1990s the estate helped recognise Alentejo wines under the Paço dos Infantes brand, and today it spans 350 hectares in total—100 hectares for vineyards, 200 hectares for olive groves, and 10 hectares for fruit orchards and horticultural crops—employing sustainable production practices.
