This Old Vines from Herdade das Servas – a truly impressive 96-point wine – is a bold statement from the Alentejo. The blend of Trincadeira, Petit Verdot and Touriga Nacional delivers a deep, almost theatrical purple hue. Expect rich aromas of dark plum, black cherry and caramelized fig, interwoven with hints of dark chocolate, spice and – quite unexpectedly – violet florals, a beautiful reflection of the vineyard’s unique terroir.
