The Esporão company was born in Alentejo from an unwavering desire to create the finest wines. This motivation is the legacy behind all of its wines and the main reason for expanding its range into other products and territories. The Esporão estate, located in the heart of Alentejo, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, offers unique agricultural conditions—large thermal ranges, poor and varied soils, and extraordinary biodiversity that helps produce in harmony with the environment. With about 702 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and other crops cultivated under a Biological Production Method, it now encompasses around 40 grape varieties, four olive varieties, orchards, and vegetable gardens.
