Produced with the boldness of 20kg grape boxes and a fermentation process that verged on the theatrical – complete with a splash of quality aguardente – it’s a quintessentially Alentejo expression. Maturation in 1000L piparões and Portuguese oak barrels has resulted in a full-bodied Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet, unfiltered and ready to deliver a truly intense experience.
