This Partage from Herdade do Portocarro is a wine that clearly enjoys a bit of attention. Fermented in chestnut oak balseiros with careful temperature control – a cool 12ºC – it’s a remarkably taut and elegant white. The regular battonage, a touch of tradition, adds layers of complexity, while the stainless steel aging ensures a beautiful harmony between fruit and texture. It’s particularly lovely with grilled fish or fresh seafood.
