This Alentejo wine from Herdade do Rocim certainly has a touch of European flair – though thankfully not *too* Austrian! The producer clearly values a beautiful setting, reflected in their gravelly soils and a cellar worthy of an art gallery. They’ve meticulously selected 53 hectares of indigenous grape varieties, and it’s a fantastic pairing with grilled fish or a hearty Portuguese pork sausage.
