Let’s just say this Herdade dos Grous White demands a certain… attention to detail. The grapes underwent a rather dramatic 10°C temperature shock – because, frankly, temperature matters. Following a chilly cold-rack, inoculation with selected yeast and fermentation in new French and Hungarian oak barrels, the result is a remarkably fresh and fruity wine with an acidity that's delightfully complex. It’s a wine practically begging for a pairing with seafood, wouldn’t you agree?
