“This rosé from Herdade dos Oliveiras is bursting with strawberry and berry notes – it truly feels like it’s sprung from a field of blooming fruit. Harvested early and fermented at a cool 15°C, it retains incredible freshness. Grown on the hillside vineyards of Estremoz, at 330 metres, the terroir clearly shines through. Perfect with smoked salmon or a vibrant vegetable frittata.”
