The Herdade dos Oliveiras Rosé is an enchanting wine crafted exclusively from the Aragonez grape. The vinification involves an early harvest, direct pressing, and fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks at 15 °C, preserving its fresh, fruity aromas. With a pale pink hue, it offers an intense scent of strawberry and red berries. On the palate, it displays good structure and fruit notes, resulting in a balanced and enjoyable experience. Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz in the heart of Alentejo, is a project dedicated to producing wines of excellence. The 20‑hectare estate features an old vine and a small classic olive grove, crossed by two streams and a hill with stunning views. The vine, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from a sandy‑loam soil at 330 m above sea level, providing ideal conditions for viticulture.
