The Herdade dos Oliveiras Moz rosé, made from Aragonês and Trincadeira, comes from an early harvest with direct pressing and fermentation at 15 °C in stainless‑steel tanks, preserving all its aromatic freshness. It shows a very light, delicate colour accompanied by an intense aroma of red fruit. On the palate it displays good presence, with a lively acidity that extends the sense of freshness and lightness. Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz, in the heart of Alentejo, is a project dedicated to the production of fine wines. With 20 hectares, the estate boasts an old vine and a small classic olive grove, crossed by two streams and a hill with stunning views. The vine, planted more than 25 years ago, benefits from a sandy‑loam soil and sits at an altitude of 330 m, providing ideal conditions for viticulture. (illustrative image)
