The Herdade dos Oliveiras Moz Tinto, made from Aragonês, Castelão and Trincadeira, ferments in stainless‑steel tanks and is not aged in wood, preserving the fruit’s purity and its most direct expression. It presents an intense garnet colour. On the palate it offers smoothness, balanced acidity and pronounced plum notes that give it a refreshing, pleasant simplicity. The Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz in the heart of the Alentejo, is a project dedicated to producing wines of excellence. With 20 hectares, the estate includes an old vine and a small classic olive grove, crossed by two streams and a hill with stunning views. The vineyard, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from loam‑sandy soil at 330 metres altitude, providing ideal conditions for viticulture. (image purely illustrative)
