This Honesty, as it were, seems rather deliberately understated. It’s a wine that clearly isn’t in a hurry. Hand-picked, grape by grape, it speaks to a truly meticulous approach using Arinto and Antão Vaz. Fermented in terracotta amphorae, safeguarded with beeswax, it develops a wonderfully earthy and distinctive character. A wine that promises a genuine immersion in the secrets of the Alentejo – ideally paired with grilled white fish and a drizzle of excellent extra virgin olive oil.
