This Horácio Simões Purple Moscatel is a genuine trip down memory lane – bursting with aromas of candied orange peel and a hint of honey, a clear inheritance from the Moscatel grape. The palate is remarkably elegant and long-lasting, revealing nuances of dried fig and finishing with a lovely, saline note reminiscent of river breezes. A truly expressive wine, perfect with aged cheeses or a particularly decadent portion of pumpkin preserve.
