The result is a wine that stubbornly clings to its earthy roots until February, a testament to Ricardo Santos’s skill in these 26 traditional talhas. Boldly bottled in March 2021 with design by César Duarte, it’s a genuinely authentic sensory experience, perfect with a hearty grilled beef dish or for savoring some wild mushrooms.”
