The Vino dei Vigneri de Salvo Foti is a red that mirrors the volcanic character of Etna. Made from Nerello mascalese and Nerello cappuccio using traditional techniques—including ageing in terracotta amphorae—it delivers an authentic expression of Sicilian winemaking tradition and passion. Interestingly, both the winery and the wine take their name from the 15th‑century Maestranza dei Vigneri, an association of vintners and wine producers established to defend and protect the island’s viticulture.
