This "Infiel" from the Douro, guided by Tinto Cão, certainly seems to have had a rather passionate first encounter. The vigorous délestage and gentle pressing reveal a spirited soul, with nuances that require time to fully blossom. The extended, temperature-controlled fermentation – a full three weeks – ensures the youthful exuberance of the fruit isn't lost. A rosé promising delight, perhaps ideal with grilled salmon or fresh seafood.
