Infinitude Solos: planted on a slope, on clay‑lime soils, about 5 km from the Atlantic Coast and at an average altitude of 90 m. Climate: strong Atlantic influence, with moderately warm summers. The presence of the Sintra range leads to mist formation and maintains relatively high humidity. Harvest takes place in mid‑September. This wine results from careful vinification using the classic “curtimenta” process, with partial destemming. The resulting must ferments in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel vats (26–28 °C) for seven days. Forty per cent of the batch ages in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
